Give more residents access to your amenities — and tighten security at the same time.
Modern Amenity Access for HOAs and Master-Planned Communities
Retire the keys, lockboxes, and shared keypad codes at your pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, and maintenance gates. Prosiren designs and installs a single cloud-managed access system your board and manager can control from any phone or browser.
The problem HOAs actually have.
Your governing documents already spell out how pool, clubhouse, and court access is supposed to work. The problem is enforcement.
- Metal keys and fobs get copied at any hardware store.
- Keypad codes get texted to friends, cleaners, and dog-walkers.
- Lockbox combinations circulate for years without anyone knowing.
- Tenants move out, vendors are terminated — the board hopes keys come back or spends thousands rekeying.
- When there's damage or a complaint, there's no way to see who was in the building.
One cloud-managed system for every amenity opening.
Prosiren consolidates pool gates, clubhouse doors, bathroom entries, HOA office, tennis and sport courts, maintenance and storage gates onto a single platform. Residents, board, staff, and vendors use a mobile credential on their phone — or an optional smart fob. The board issues, modifies, or revokes access in seconds from any browser.
Renter-Proof Credentials
Mobile credentials live inside the resident's phone, secured by Face ID, fingerprint, or passcode. Unlike a fob or code, they can't be handed to a landlord, guest, or ex-tenant.
Instant Revoke
Deactivate a former resident, tenant, or terminated vendor in seconds — no rekeying, no code changes, no scavenger hunt for a returned key.
Time-Limited Access
Grant a clubhouse renter or contractor access only for their window — event day, service call, move-out — and the credential expires on its own.
Amenity Hours, Automatic
Pool and courts lock at posted hours. Board and maintenance overrides don't require anyone to be on site.
Real Utilization Data
See how many residents actually use each amenity, at what hours, in what months. Use it for rules, staffing, and reserve-study conversations.
Accountability When It Matters
When there's damage or a complaint, pull a searchable access log for the relevant doors and time window. Not surveillance — a focused list of who to talk to.
Why mobile credentials change the math for HOAs.
For most communities, the biggest security failure isn't a broken lock — it's a shared credential. Keypad codes get texted. Fobs get lent out. Extra keys sit in drawers for years.
Mobile credentials fix this at the source.
- Lower cost per resident than fobs or cards. No hardware to purchase, program, replace, or bill back to homeowners. Credentials issue from a browser in seconds.
- Higher security than a shared code. The credential lives behind the resident's existing Face ID, fingerprint, or passcode — the same protections they use for banking.
- Non-transferable by design.A resident can't hand a mobile credential to a landlord, houseguest, or former tenant the way they can hand off a fob or code.
- Instantly revocable.Tenant moves out, vendor is terminated, a phone is lost — gone from a browser in seconds, respected at every door on the next unlock.
- Ideal for high-rental communities.Where lease turnover is frequent, mobile credentials eliminate the ongoing cost and risk of rotating fobs, changing codes, and rekeying.

Board-Ready Proposal
Written scope, itemized install pricing, transparent annual subscription costs, a plain-English HOA agreement, and an exhibit on the cloud platform. Structured so the board can review, ask questions, and vote.

Physical security is our only business.
Not IT, not general contracting. Access control, video surveillance, and integrated systems — that's where our depth is.
Built for community governance.
Our HOA proposals separate installation from ongoing subscriptions, respect the board approval process, and read cleanly for non-technical members.

Right-sized labor.
Trade work — cabling, electrical, rough-in — is scoped through commodity contractors, so the association isn't paying premium-integrator rates for basic labor.
FAQ
Do residents need a smartphone?
No. Mobile credentials are preferred because they're secured by the phone's built-in authentication (Face ID, fingerprint, passcode) and can't be shared or duplicated like a fob or code. Smart fobs remain available for any resident who doesn't want to use a phone.
We have a lot of renters. Won't tenants just share their credentials with the landlord or a friend?
That's the biggest reason to move to mobile credentials. A fob or code can be handed off. A mobile credential lives inside the tenant's phone behind their own Face ID or passcode — there's no way to physically hand it to someone else. If the landlord or a guest needs access, they get their own credential, which the board can time-limit or revoke independently.
What if the internet at the amenity building goes down?
The controllers hold their configuration locally. Doors continue to work on the last known schedules and credential list. Cellular backup is available at sites without reliable network — that's how we handle outbuildings like the tennis and storage area.
Who owns the data?
The Association owns its account, its user list, and its access history. Exhibit C of our proposal package spells out data handling, admin responsibilities, and what happens if the Association ever changes providers.
Can we start small?
Yes. Many communities start with the highest-risk openings — pool and maintenance gates — and add clubhouse, courts, and office in later phases on the same account.
How is this priced?
Two lines: a one-time installation cost and an annual per-door subscription for the cloud platform. Both are itemized in the proposal so the board can budget cleanly and compare year over year.
