Enterprise-grade access control.
At mid-market HOA prices.
Give more residents access to the amenities they pay for, and tighten security at the same time.
Mobile credentials changed the economics. The cloud access platform that corporate campuses and hospitals use now fits an HOA budget. Prosiren designs, installs, and supports it at your pool, clubhouse, courts, and maintenance gates, and your board and manager control it from any phone or browser.
The problem HOAs actually have.
Your governing documents already spell out how pool, clubhouse, and court access is supposed to work. The problem is enforcement.
- One prox card or key per household, so spouses, adult children, and tenants borrow, share, or go without.
- Keypad codes get texted to friends, cleaners, and dog-walkers, and most admits carry no name.
- Every card change is a vendor service call, often with a $250 minimum trip charge.
- Standalone keypad locks fail, and replacing one can run about $2,500.
- When there's damage or a complaint, someone has to download each lock by hand and cross-reference a card spreadsheet, if the question can be answered at all.
Mobile credentials made enterprise-grade security affordable for mid-market HOAs.
Corporate campuses and hospitals have run cloud access control for years. HOAs couldn't justify the cost: readers, printed cards, and a vendor visit every time a credential changed. Mobile credentials removed most of that ongoing cost. The platform is the same one enterprises use, and it now fits an HOA reserve budget.
Priced for corporate campuses, not HOAs.
- Printed cards and fobs to buy, program, and replace
- Every enrollment or change handled by a vendor on site
- Hardware and service priced for enterprise budgets
- Shared cards and codes meant most admits carried no name
- So most HOAs settled for standalone keypads and shared codes
One credential per person, managed from a browser.
- Every household member gets their own credential, not one card per unit
- Issue, change, or revoke access in seconds, with no trip charge
- Credentials sit behind Face ID, fingerprint, or passcode and can't be handed off
- One cloud dashboard across every gate, door, and site
- Every admit is tied to a named person
The data comes with it. Since every admit is named, the board gets its first real view of how the pool, spa, courts, and clubhouse are used. That's the basis for rules, staffing, and reserve-study decisions. It wasn't the reason to upgrade, but boards keep using it.
Not every resident has to use a phone. Smart fobs remain available for anyone who prefers them.
Security is the goal. Resident value is the payoff.
Residents own the amenities and pay for them. With one credential per person instead of one card per household, more of them can safely use the pool, spa, courts, and clubhouse. That benefits everyone with a stake in the community.
Fewer complaints, higher satisfaction
Residents who can easily use what they pay for are happier with the board and with management. Access problems stop being a standing agenda item.
More reasons to stay
Usable amenities help keep owner-occupants from moving out and turning their unit into a rental, which protects the owner-occupancy ratio.
Better return on rentals
Tenants get their own credentials on day one and lose them automatically at move-out. Amenities that work support premium rent and a better return on investment.
Amenities that actually get used
Spouses, adult children, and long-term guests each get access without borrowing a card. More use means more value from what the association already spends.
Busier spaces are safer spaces
More residents in the common areas means more eyes on them. Regular activity discourages misuse better than an empty pool deck behind a keypad.
Equipment that stays in service
Gates, hinges, pumps, and courts last longer when they're used regularly. Underused equipment is more likely to break down.
One cloud-managed system for every amenity opening.
Prosiren consolidates pool gates, clubhouse doors, bathroom entries, HOA office, tennis and sport courts, maintenance and storage gates onto a single platform. Residents, board, staff, and vendors use a mobile credential on their phone — or an optional smart fob. The board issues, modifies, or revokes access in seconds from any browser.
Renter-Proof Credentials
Mobile credentials live inside the resident's phone, secured by Face ID, fingerprint, or passcode. Unlike a fob or code, they can't be handed to a landlord, guest, or ex-tenant.
Instant Revoke
Deactivate a former resident, tenant, or terminated vendor in seconds — no rekeying, no code changes, no scavenger hunt for a returned key.
Time-Limited Access
Grant a clubhouse renter or contractor access only for their window — event day, service call, move-out — and the credential expires on its own.
Amenity Hours, Automatic
Pool and courts lock at posted hours. Board and maintenance overrides don't require anyone to be on site.
Utilization Data, Included
The bonus that comes with named admits: see how many residents use each amenity, at what hours, in what months. Recurring board reports support rules, staffing, and reserve-study conversations.
Accountability When It Matters
When there's damage or a complaint, pull a searchable access log for the relevant doors and time window. Not surveillance — a focused list of who to talk to.
From first conversation to ongoing service.

FAQ
How can an HOA afford enterprise-grade access control?
Mobile credentials. Most of the ongoing cost of traditional systems came from buying, programming, and replacing physical cards and fobs, plus vendor visits to enroll them. Mobile credentials are issued from a browser, can't be copied, and don't need a service call. Our proposals separate one-time installation from a transparent annual subscription, so the board sees both numbers clearly.
Do residents need a smartphone?
No. Mobile credentials are preferred because they're secured by the phone's built-in authentication (Face ID, fingerprint, passcode) and can't be shared or duplicated like a fob or code. Smart fobs remain available for any resident who doesn't want to use a phone.
We have a lot of renters. Won't tenants just share their credentials with the landlord or a friend?
That's the biggest reason to move to mobile credentials. A fob or code can be handed off. A mobile credential lives inside the tenant's phone behind their own Face ID or passcode — there's no way to physically hand it to someone else. If the landlord or a guest needs access, they get their own credential, which the board can time-limit or revoke independently.
What if the internet at the amenity building goes down?
The controllers hold their configuration locally. Doors continue to work on the last known schedules and credential list. Cellular backup is available at sites without reliable network — that's how we handle outbuildings like the tennis and storage area.
Who owns the data?
The Association owns its account, its user list, and its access history. Exhibit C of our proposal package spells out data handling, admin responsibilities, and what happens if the Association ever changes providers.
Can we start small?
Yes. Many communities start with the highest-risk openings — pool and maintenance gates — and add clubhouse, courts, and office in later phases on the same account.
How is this priced?
Two lines: a one-time installation cost and an annual per-door subscription for the cloud platform. Both are itemized in the proposal so the board can budget cleanly and compare year over year.
